Return Policy

1. We believe strongly in the quality of our rugs so we accept returns on all unused, ready made rugs within 14 days of rug delivery. Once your rug has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

2. All custom rugs are made specifically for you in your chosen size, color, and design. For this reason, custom rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the rug arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage which is rare since we thoroughly inspect it before shipping out.

3. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is an issue with your rug, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges & a 20% restocking fee on exchanges or returns with ready made rugs.
